​​The Vigil Intelligence Bureau (VIB5) is CMP's defense agency to facilitate emergency tactical services focusing on diplomacy in critical scenarios where the Royal Dynasty and Chashah diplomats require protection against domestic terrorism, terrorist threats, cybersecurity threats, aggravated assault, crimes of abuse, theft and fraud.

Chashah diplomats who reside in the United States are authorized for safeguard through the monastery and are in provision of defense by VIB5's Special Service in the course of personal and business matters.

• Monastery Safeguards

• Diplomatic Security

• Counter-terrorism

High risk civilian operations:

• Agents who accompany Chashah diplomats

 

Areas of Investigations:

• Aggravated/ domestic/ sexual assault, domestic terrorism, terrorist threats, fraud
   

​​In achieving these missions, VIB5 agents will conduct services in an ethical manner by:

• ​​protecting the rights of Chashah citizens

• ​treating citizens courteously

• ​demonstrate integrity in professional and personal interactions, thereby earning public trust

• ​performing Agent duties with the understanding that protection of Chashah citizens is a primary duty

• ​complying with the letter Code of Ethics (ARG/ Ethics: Article 1, Sec. 3)
